When you buy a pattern from wemadewardrobe, you will receive an email with a link to download the pattern shortly after the order is completed.

As the pattern is sent digitally, it is extremely important that you enter the correct email address when paying. Therefore, double-check that the information you enter is correct.

The patterns are in PDF format

If you experience problems opening the file(s) of our pattern(s), always try opening them in a different internet browser first. For example, Google Chrome instead of Internet Explorer. Alternatively, you can try opening them on your computer/laptop instead of your tablet/phone. The problem often lies in your software operating system or in any firewalls.If you continue to experience problems, please contact us under hello@wemadewardrobe.com – we will reply as soon as possible.

Yes, there is. We are always working to add interesting techniques and tutorials to our Blog site, if you can’t find what you are looking for you can usually find helpful videos on Youtube – there are lots of great tutorials for various knitting techniques. In addition, you can often find great help at your local knitting store or in various knitting forums, such as Ravelry.

If you have mistakenly ordered a pattern in the wrong language, please send an email to hello@wemadewardrobe.com and we will be happy to send you the pattern in the correct language.

Even though the patterns are test knitted and proofread thoroughly before publication, mistakes can happen.
If you still think there is an error, you are very welcome to write to wemadewardrobe@gmail.com so that the error can be corrected as soon as possible.
